Team

Jakob, hailing from South Tyrol, brings over a decade of experience from renowned kitchens in Spain, France, and Sweden.

Ethel, born in Singapore, developed her deep connection to cooking through food-filled family gatherings. She sharpened her skills in top restaurants across Singapore, Paris, Hong Kong, and Japan. The two of them met in Sweden while working at Fäviken under Magnus Nilsson, where Ethel worked as a sous chef and Jakob led research and development.

 

Together, Jakob and Ethel combined their diverse backgrounds and experiences, running Klösterle in the Austrian Alps from 2019 to 2023. Now, they are bringing their shared vision to life with Pramol, a long-cherished project that reflects their love for nature and cooking.

For the Summer Pop-up Pramol Alto they will be joined by Julia and Core.

Julia is a self-taught chef from Berlin. She has spent time in the kitchens of Dottir, Olafur Eliasson Canteen and Otto and was also the chef-owner of LOK6 and Gaia where she showcased her passion for seasonal cooking. 

Core, also from Berlin, comes from a vibrant background in the local club scene. He has honed his skills at notable restaurants like Beuster Bar and Otto and is a true wine enthusiast.
